You typically have a 30 day return policy for defective products, and this will be applied as a credit towards future orders.

We also offer a 1 year compliancy program, which ensures the products you are carrying are compliant and can be exchanged for other products if and when regulations changes.

All non-excise products that are defective can be credited over the phone, with the exception of credit requests of 30 items or more, which will require shipping.

All excise tax products will require return shipping for all defective products.
